Dual Enrollment

Dual Enrollment is a program that provides high school students the opportunity to take college courses and receive both high school and college credit. Funding for tuition, books, and fees is provided by the state of Georgia. While BHS students may take courses at any Georgia college/university, our primary partners for Dual Enrollment are ABAC Bainbridge and Southern Regional Technical College. Courses are available in the areas of math, science, social studies, English, foreign language, and a variety of technical studies. Students may begin taking most of these courses in the 10th grade and may take college-level math courses after completing their 3rd high school math course. Transportation to ABAC/SRTC is provided for students when needed. Select courses are also offered on the BHS campus.
